i found the staff very helpful and polite. they stored my large luggage after checkout and i collected it later before my train. the breakfast had a wide selection of foods and drinks.
the lobby no longer has vending machines for water or snacks, inconvenient.

i found the hotel modern and very clean. it is also very well kept. i noticed its convenient location between the airport and the city center. i was able to walk to several metro stations , made exploring easy.
i found that the soundproofing could have been better as i heard some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel location worked well for access to the stadium. The room conditions were good. I found the beds quite acceptable. All in all, the hotel provided a decent option for the price. The staff were fantastic AND approachable.
My room lacked complimentary tea or a kettle, items typically found in similar establishments. I had to pay extra.
